1. Digital Products & Downloads

All sales of digital products (e.g., guidebooks, reports, templates, or instant downloads) are final.
Due to the nature of digital content, once a product is delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Human Design Readings & Coaching Services

Personalized Human Design readings and coaching sessions require preparation and time investment.
As such, all bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at designbyswc@outlook.com at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

3. Events, Courses, & Memberships

Registrations for live workshops, courses, or memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
In certain cases, at our discretion, we may provide credit toward a future service or program.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you believe your case qualifies for an exception, please email us at designbyswc@outlook.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will review your request.
